Returns

* Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
* To request a return, please contact us with your order details.
* Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds

* Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
* Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

* Sale items, clearance items, and personalized/custom-made products are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund where applicable.
